What's a Full heart Full hands Mom Support Group?

A 90 -minute respite where moms of babies can get support from a licensed therapist & from other moms in a group therapy environment. The goal when moms leave the group feeling energized to fully show up for their families.

What will we do in group?

Explore, discuss, vent, learn, support from others about our selves as moms in topics including self-care, sleep, mom stress, relationships, schedules, sibling and family adjustment to the bundle of joy, feeding & naps, and so much more!

When & how much?

Moms sign up for a 4 week session typically in a calendar month. Groups are on going in an attempt create a mom community atmosphere. Groups are offered on Saturday afternoons from 2:30-4pm. Cost for a 4 week session is $300 or 6 hours of group therapy across those 4 weeks.

That's about the cost of just one hour of individual therapy ! What a bargain! LOL!
