What We Do
Mom & Baby Support Groups
Having a baby should be a positive experience, so our main focus is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to process and get support from an experienced, licensed therapist and other moms in group therapy exploring the ups and downs of being a mom with a baby. Groups are on going in 4 week sessions. Babies in arms are welcome to attend with mom.

Debra is a licensed psychotherapist with more than 25 years of working with families and children. She's passionate about assisting moms through this wonderful season of the ups and downs of motherhood. A mother herself of 5 children including 2 sets of twins, she gets this motherhood thing.
